Desparate Housewives star Teri Hatcher is writing a second book. The 42-year-old released her first book Burnt Toast: And Other Philosophies Of Life last year (06) and has already started work on a follow-up. She says, “This book just goes a little farther away from seeming like it’s about me and more towards the idea of how women in our society are really put upon to wear so many different hats.”

Singles market rejoice. Teri Hatcher is once more on her lonesome. And the Housewives star isn’t too desperate about it either.
Teri has now confirmed her split from boyfriend Stephen Kaye, after a premature announcement of the news by Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry.
Marc was left red-faced when he accidentally revealed “Teri’s not with a guy right now” at an event last month, but it seems he was right on the ball.
Teri started dating Stephen, who also happens to be her co-star Eva Longoria’s ex, last year.
But the relationship was not destined to last and now Teri’s back on the singles scene. “I’m dating again, but there’s no him. There’s no one,” she said.

Terri Hatcher looks set to team up with TV husband JAMES DENTON onstage - as the newest member of his celebrity rock group BAND FROM TV.

Hatcher showed off her singing skills alongside guitarist Denton and pianist Hugh Laurie when she joined the band for a song at the recent post-Emmy Awards TV Guide party in Hollywood. And now she’s been offered more gigs. Laurie says, “I think she’s keen.”
