DANITY KANE star AUBREY O’DAY has hit out at people who liken her to PARIS HILTON, branding them “horrible” for making the comparison.
The blonde is sick of being mistaken for the hotel heiress - because she is “nothing like that girl”.
She says, “Whenever I carry my dog around, people say ‘Paris Hilton’.
“That’s horrible because I absolutely love my dog and I’m nothing like that girl. Like, nobody can have a dog? I think any white girl with blonde hair who carries around a dog is compared to Paris Hilton.
“I’m not concerned with who people think I am. I’m just concerned that people know who I am.”

PARIS HILTON is tipping her former friend BRITNEY SPEARS to win at this year’s (08) MTV Video Music Awards.
Spears has secured nominations for two awards at the VMAs ceremony - Best Female and Best Pop Video categories, for her track Piece of Me.
And the socialite is convinced the Gimme More hitmaker can walk away with the gongs.
Hilton says, “I love Britney. I think she looks so beautiful right now.
“I’m really happy for her. She looks amazing and she better win the VMAs. She’s the best.”

Socialite Paris Hilton has taken up piano lessons in a bid to take full control of her music career.

The 26-year-old - who co-wrote five songs on her 2006 debut album Paris - hopes to be able to play the instrument by the time she heads into the studio to record her next LP. She says, “This way, I can write my own music and have more control with others not pushing in.”

Hilton first ran into him at Mansion Wednesday night, where he was paid to host the official Art Basel kickoff party. When the Greek shipping heir showed up with Brandon Davis’ ex-girlfriend, Caroline Vreeland, however, Hilton was not pleased. “Paris beelined for Stavros, but he was chatting up Caroline,” said our source. “He was completely ignoring Paris, and she was furious. She shot them evil looks and finally stormed up to them and started screaming at Caroline.”

Later in the week: “Paris saw that Stavros was with a girl, and she went crazy. She literally stood on Stavros’ table and began screaming at him. Then she started dancing and trying to get his attention.”

“Paris went to great lengths trying to get Stavros’ date kicked out, begging club security to get rid of the girl.” Our witness even claimed, “Paris was so furious, she ended up walking up to the girl and just punched her.”

Paris’ rep, of course, denies the claim:

“Paris was at both clubs but at no time physically struck anyone. These accusations are completely false.” Meanwhile, the art fair is in full swing and Miami is in gridlock. “The city was unprepared,” a limo driver said. “Everyone brought an entourage with them this year and the traffic is impossible. It takes forever to get from one end of town to another.”

For sale: Video showing Paris Hilton allegedly ripping her posters of her porn tape, “One Night In Paris” off a Toronto Porn store wall, according to CTV.CA.

The owners of the store said they were negotiating with two U.S. tabloid entertainment shows for exclusive rights to the footage. Offers as high as $50,000 were reportedly made for the tape, reports CTV.

Employees at a Toronto adult video store claim Hilton stormed into their establishment and demanded posters promoting her raunchy sex tape with Rick Salomon be removed.

Hilton apparently entered the downtown store on Wednesday afternoon and threw a fit while disguised in a skeleton costume and mask, a store manager told CTV News on Friday.

Hilton is in the city filming a movie, and she allegedly ordered employees to take down their “One Night in Paris” displays in the front window.

CTV News was allowed to view the incident captured on surveillance video.

“You guys can’t use my image in a porn store,” a woman said to be Hilton was heard saying. “I’m going to call my lawyer and sue the (expletive) out of this place.”

The woman is seen in the video tearing down several posters in the store.

“I really want them down because they’re mean and this is not right. I’m really serious, this is disgusting,” she says.

“And I want the other ones too or I’m calling the (expletive) cops.”

Employees said they were shocked to see Hilton in their store. One manager, who identified himself to CTV News as “Robert,” said he was surprised by her aggressive behavior.

Store owners said about 30 minutes after the woman left the store, a man identifying himself as Hilton’s manager came in and told them to keep the incident quiet. They said the man claimed if any security video of the incident was leaked, the store owners could be sued for defamation of character.

Several calls by CTV Toronto to Hilton’s manager regarding the incident were not returned.

Paris Hilton claims partying would leave her feeling “empty inside”.

The troubled socialite, who spent 23 days in jail over the summer, insists she is now determined to change her life around for the better and to do worthy things instead of being spotted coming out of nightclubs drunk.

She revealed to Us Weekly; “Before, my life was about having fun, going to parties, it was a fantasy.

But when I had time to reflect, I felt empty inside. I want to leave a mark on the world.”

Paris is prepapring to start her search for a new life next month as she is set to visit Rwanda with children’s charity Playing for Good and will be filming her experience for a documentary.

She said; “I’m scared, yeah. I’ve heard it’s really dangerous. I’ve never been on a trip like this before.

I love having everything documented. It shows people what everyday life is like for me, how hard I work.”

Paris early revealed she is going to visit Rwanda in hopes of using her fame to draw attention to the war-torn country.

She said; “I’ll be going in November, after I get back from filming my movie.

There’s so much need in that area, and I feel like if I go, it will bring more attention to what people can do to help.

I want to visit more countries where poverty and children’s issues are a big concern.

I know there’s a lot of good I can do just by getting involved and bringing attention to these issues.”

Meanwhile, Paris insists she is not adopting and is denying she is looking to adopt children who share the same characteristics as herself.

She said; “People have said I’m adopting four blonde babies. That’s retarded! I’m not.”

Hollywood actress Paris Hilton is planning to make a trip to Rwanda in order to spread awareness about poverty and child welfare issues.

The Simple Life star’s announcement comes after she said that her spell in prison for driving offences had changed her and vowed to use her fame to spread awareness about good causes.

Speaking to E! Online the 26-year-old heiress said her trip to the African country would help focus attention on the plight of people there.

Hilton said: “I’ll be going in November, after I get back from filming my movie. There’s so much need in that area and I feel like if I go, it will bring more attention to what people can do to help.”

She added: “I want to visit more countries where poverty and children’s issues are a big concern. I know there’s a lot of good I can do just by getting involved and bringing attention to these issues.”
