NICOLE KIDMAN and husband Keith Urban are to become farmers - after purchasing land in Nashville, Tennessee. The Hollywood couple recently (19Sep07) put their four-bedroom Nashville mansion on the market for $2.5 million (GBP1.25 million) - but they are not moving too far away from their old haunt.

According to Urban’s representative, Paul Freundlich, the loved-up pair are planning to build a farmhouse on their newly-acquired property. He adds, “They’ve found land within Nashville, and they’re very excited about moving into their new place.”

Nicole Kidman has sensationally revealed the biggest secret during her nine-year marriage to TOM CRUISE - she miscarried a child. The tragedy has become the subject of much speculation in recent years, and now Kidman is revealing all in a stunning new Vanity Fair interview.

She recalls, “From the minute Tom and I were married, I wanted to have babies. “We lost a baby early on, so that was really very traumatic. And that’s when we would adopt (daughter) Bella.”

When asked to talk about her ill-fated pregnancy, the Australian actress adds, “There’s a complicated background to that, given that I never speak much about many things. Nicole Kidman celebrated her 40th birthday on the beach in Sydney on Saturday with friends.
With husband Keith Urban expected to join the actress for her actual birthday today, it was left to family and friends to help her celebrate her last weekend as a 30-something on Bondi Beach.

It was largely an all-girl’s affair, as Kidman’s sister Antonia and their mum Janelle invited 30 of the star’s closest pals from Australia and Hollywood to the Icebergs restaurant for a pre-birthday dinner.

And Kidman, who will also celebrate the first anniversary of her marriage on June 25, certainly isn’t feeling sore about hitting 40.
In a recent interview, she said, “It feels just right. I don’t feel what I thought that wretched age was going to be like. I have done a lot of things and it has been full up to this point, especially the past few years, so I am grateful for that.”
