Teenage beauty VANESSA HUDGENS could have put her career in risk after a photo of her posing naked was posted on the internet.

The Disney star, who played the lead in the hugely popular HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL, is at the centre of a photo storm which has seen a personal picture of the 19-year-old splashed across the web.

Normally “squeaky clean”, the youngster initially denied the snap was of her, before finally confessing it was in fact her in the image but it was a “personal matter”.

The photo will be a major embarrassment for Disney bosses who are keen to promote the wholesomeness of their young stars.

Her statement said: “This photo was taken privately. It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate this has become public.”

The snap is thought to have been taken for her boyfriend and High School Musical co-star ZAC EFRON.

However, despite Vanessa starring in HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 2, due to be released in September, rumours claim the scandal could see the young star dropped by Disney.
