Ryan Seacrest to host the Emmys
Ryan Seacrest’s accomplishments (he hosted American Idol) as well as his gig on the radio have given him rave reviews. And now, it’s been announced that he’ll be playing host at the 59th Primetime Emmy Awards this year in September.
Mark Darnell, president of alternative entertainment at FOX said, “Seacrest is a consummate host of major live broadcast events and a proven talent who always makes it look easy, which makes him the perfect choice for this year’s Emmy telecast.”
